Wes Smith’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, employment law, and insurance defense. Mr. Smith joined Simpson, Logback, Lynch, Norris, P.A, after serving as an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Litigation Division of the Office of the Kansas Attorney General for over five years, where he successfully litigated civil cases at both the trial and appellate levels for a number of governmental employees and entities. Mr. Smith graduated with Honors from Washburn University School of Law in 2010 and received his B.A. in English and Philosophy from the University of Kansas in 2006. Mr. Smith is licensed to practice in both Kansas and Missouri, and is a member of the Kansas Bar Association.
