Kemper received her J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 2022. While at Washburn, she served as an intern in Washburn Law’s Family Justice and Immigration Clinic, where she advocated for her clients both in and out of the courtroom. Throughout law school, Kemper worked as a Law Clerk at SLLN, gaining experience in the areas of employment law, health care law, medical malpractice, and civil litigation.
Before attending law school, Kemper earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas. While earning her undergraduate degree, Kemper served as a congressional intern in Washington D.C. and contributed to the University Daily Kansan.
Kemper is licensed in Kansas and the U.S. District Courts of Kansas and Western Missouri.
