Todd’s practice includes negotiating, litigating and enforcing all types of debts, judgments and other secured and unsecured claims in general civil court, limited actions, and bankruptcy court. Todd is conversant in all facets of creditor/debtor and bankruptcy litigation, including receiverships, foreclosures, repossessions, and the enforcement of foreign judgments and garnishments. Todd’s practice is concentrated in the state and federal courts of Kansas and Missouri.
